As a Service Engineer you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
  • Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
  • Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
  • Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
  • Proactively engage with customers facetoface, by phone or in writing

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma in a technical field
  • Experience within servicing networked building
- or industry automation sys tems or similar

  • Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solutionoriented thinking
  • Fluent in English and italian
