We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Siemens S.p.A. in Italy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by installing, configuring, and repairing our Analyser Systems and Gas Chromatograph systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, configuration, repairs, and training on assigned Analytical and Gas Chromatograph systems
  • Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets
  • Work closely with the local Customer Service team
  • Report all activities to satisfy Complaint Handling processes
  • Interact with the Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of issues
  • Comply with Health and Safety, Environment, and HR regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Education: Bachelor degree in an engineering field or Technical Diploma
  • Willingness to travel (80%) in Italy and sometimes abroad
  • Previous experience in Customer-facing roles
  • Team working attitude, proactive, and able to take self-initiatives
  • Car License
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both writing and speaking
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
