As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll work with our team to register service contracts, perform installed base maintenance activities, and coordinate service requests.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
* Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
* Accepts and coordinates service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
* Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
* Proactively engages with customers face-to-face, by phone, or in writing
