Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer in Italy

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, qualifying, and maintaining our equipment, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
  • Identify opportunities for service contracts and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills and experience with troubleshooting
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the biopharma or biotechnology industry
  • Knowledge of computers, networks, and databases
