Cytiva is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, qualifying, and maintaining equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing issues. You will also promote service contracts and identify opportunities to improve the organization.

This is a remote position, and you will be working with clients across the territory. You will have the opportunity to represent the company, plan and execute service activities, manage your own stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic, or Automation, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You will have excellent mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting, and strong communication skills. English is required, and you will be able to travel 70% of the time.
