About the Role

Cytiva is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the life sciences industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, qualifying, and maintaining our equipment at customer sites, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Cytiva to our clients and plan and execute service activities at customer sites
  • Manage own stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities to promote and implement revenue programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with strong technical skills and ability to travel 70% of the time
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
