About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team at Signify. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
  • Analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades by analysis & solving complaints and keeps customers informed and maintains data base up to date.
  • Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG and monitors (remotely) systems at customer locations and act on deviations.
  • Proposes additional Services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship like provides special / custom training to customers upon request.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences or Masters in Technology.
  • Experience in the service domain with strong knowledge of lighting applications or other systems.
  • Experience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance.
  • Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach.
  • Delivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agility.
