Per grossa azienda multinazionale fondata nel 1989 che si propone come interlocutore di alto livello tecnologico per innovare i processi produttivi di piccole e medie imprese ricerchiamo un Field Service Technician.
Principali responsabilita'Principali responsabilita':
- Dimostrare una forte conoscenza delle capacita' del servizio clienti;
- Esegui assistenza sul campo per tutte le apparecchiature e i prodotti aziendali;
- Risoluzione dei problemi e riparazione dei macchinari in caso di necessita';
- Completare il trasferimento del macchinario in maniera autonoma;
- Condurre l'avvio l'installazione e la start-up delle apparecchiature;
- Fornire supporto tecnico sul campo di primo livello;
- Istruire il cliente sulle applicazioni dei metalli, sulle procedure della macchina, sul funzionamento e sulla sicurezza;
- Costruire e consolidare relazioni positive con i clienti.
Requisiti:
- Formazione di tipo meccanico/elettrico;
- Minimo 2-3 anni di esperienza in manutenzione, installazione e/o assistenza;
- Il 90% del tempo verra' svolto in trasferta;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Essere in grado di prendere decisioni efficaci, nonche' di creare in modo creativo programmi efficaci per aumentare le vendite e aumentare la soddisfazione del cliente in base alle esigenze aziendali;
- Adattarsi al bilanciamento delle priorita' in base al carico di lavoro di riparazione;
- Tenere in conto di possibile lavoro straordinario e nei fine settimana se necessario.
