Service Technician Northern Italy (f/m/d) - Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Northern Italy. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for setting up and commissioning our high-precision machine tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and commission our simultaneous 5-axis machining centers, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
  • Commission hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling systems, ensuring seamless integration with our machine tools.
  • Perform high-precision levelling and fine adjustment of machine geometries, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
  • Solve complex technical challenges in a multicultural environment, collaborating with our engineers and technologists to resolve issues.
  • Conduct installations, acceptance tests, and customer trainings, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Work closely with our engineers and technologists in the plants, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Perform functional checks, milling tests, and error analysis and correction, ensuring our machine tools meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed technical education, preferably in a field related to mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Professional knowledge in a complex service environment, with experience in setting up and commissioning high-precision machine tools.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • High willingness to learn and passion for technical contexts, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Very good written and spoken Italian, with English and French being an advantage.
