Kubota Holdings Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Southern Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our after-sales service strategy and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to stimulate dealer network adoption and realization of Kubota's after-sales service goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Italian dealers' service staff on Construction Machinery product range.
  • Act as a liaison between dealers and factories, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned dealers to share knowledge, provide training, and support local service staff as needed.
  • Collect and analyze problem reports related to Kubota products, preparing statistics to share internally and submitting to factories to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Maintain daily communication with other service members, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Electric and Hydraulic systems, with a preference for experience related to earthmoving machinery.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of dealer support and management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required, with proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with a strong teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to share knowledge and skills, with previous experience in conducting trainings an asset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Italy and Europe, with occasional longer-term assignments.
