Client Service Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Account Manager to join our team at ING Bank N.V. in Milan. As a key member of our Client Services Account Management department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our corporate clients and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the day-to-day servicing of local and international corporate clients and financial institutions with multiple Wholesale Banking products.
- Collaborate with Relationship Management and Transaction Services to ensure client satisfaction targets are met and operational risks are minimized.
- Implement commercial and operational quality of service, maintaining operational excellence and providing the best service to our customers.
- Support the Head of Client Services in incident coordination and management, participating in client services related product and business process projects.
- Ensure personal contribution to the CS Network activities and initiatives, applying all procedures required within ING and the CS Area.
- University degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in commercial/customer service role within an international banking and complex environment.
- Experience gained in back office, preferably within Wholesale Banking.
- Proven experience in supporting customers, preferably corporate ones.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
