We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Grocery Partnership team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands.

As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with grocery partners, understanding their business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. You will work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, and Customer Service, to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, and Customer Service.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail/FMCG or high-growth companies
  • Knowledge of the food retail industry
  • Experience creating long-term relationships
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice
