The OpportunityWe're looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing them with tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You'll work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to help them achieve their objectives. You'll also be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to help clients achieve their objectives
- Manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Monitor client metrics and provide regular updates to ensure client satisfaction
- Continuously develop and improve knowledge of supply chain processes and industry trends
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
