Non ci poniamo come un'azienda di recruiting per il cliente, ma come un vero e proprio ufficio risorse umane che diventerà parte integrante dell'azienda stessa: i nostri Recruiter, HR Generalist e HR Manager, saranno virtualmente allocati all'interno dell'impresa cliente.

Il ruolo principale di questa figura sarà focalizzato sull'ottimizzazione della User Experience dei prodotti digitali e non solo, con particolare attenzione alla IoT Platform interna, software dedicato alla gestione e all'analisi dei dati raccolti dai sensori per il monitoraggio strutturale.

Il candidato ideale lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'IT Department, il Customer Service e il team di Sales e Business Development, definendo e sviluppando requisiti funzionali in linea con le esigenze espresse da entrambi i reparti.

Responsabilità principali:

Essere in grado di studiare e sviluppare wireframe sia di bassa che di alta qualità;Progettare le interfacce UI dei prodotti digitali utilizzando il Design System;Realizzare prototipi, flussi e architetture delle informazioni;Supportare e svolgere sessioni di user testing;Argomentare le scelte di design in modo oggettivo e con approccio data-driven;Collaborare con il team IT costantemente cercando di trovare il giusto trade off tra fattibilità e miglior esperienza possibile per l'utente;Collaborare con il team di Marketing, il Sales department e di Customer Service per recepire i requisiti e definire soluzioni di UX/UI;
Requisiti:Diploma o laurea in design o affini;Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo;Applicazione delle logiche di Design System;Forte esperienza dei principali strumenti di wireframing, prototipazione e UI (Figma);Capacità di progettazione della User Experience in base alla comprensione dei bisogni delle personas;Conoscenza dei principi per la progettazione visiva e l'applicazione di quesiti nella creazione di interfacce utente;Familiarità con le attività di User Research (user interview, survey, etc.);Familiarità delle principali attività e deliverables di Service design, tra cui customer profile/personas, user journeys, ecosystem maps, blueprints;Saper realizzare benchmark, valutazioni euristiche e attività di user research per orientare con consapevolezza le scelte progettuali;Familiarità con gli approcci di Design Thinking;Completano il profilo:Portfolio che racconti il tuo background, oppure degli esempi concreti dei tuoi precedenti prodotti digitali;Conoscenza base delle tecniche di UX Writing;Capacità di lavorare in progetti gestiti con metodologie Agile, in particolare Scrum;Conoscenza di tool per analisi quantitative e qualitative (es. Hotjar o similari);Conoscenza base dei linguaggi CSS and HTML e delle logiche di programmazione;Ottima capacità di esposizione attraverso strumenti di presentazione (Keynote, PowerPoint);Capacità nell'adattare i propri schemi operativi ed il proprio comportamento in relazione agli obiettivi dell'azienda e dei clienti;Proattività e predisposizione al lavoro in team;Benefici:Lavoro presso una società giovane e dinamica;Opportunità di crescita professionale e sviluppo;Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo;Pacchetto di retribuzione competitivo; Si prega di integrare al CV un estratto dei lavori da portfolio.
