Per sviluppare e programmare l'offerta digital nei mercati B2B, CRIF è alla ricerca di un key account / consultant in grado di gestire il team di lavoro, in coordinamento con il responsabile di unità e in raccordo con i mercati e il Global CC.
Responsabilità
In particolare la risorsa ricercata si occuperà di:
Gestire la relazione formale con i clienti, a supporto del Business Owner e del team di Business Unit; Affiancamento del Business Owner per affaccio sui clienti KAL; Coordinamento delle attività del team dei Business Analyst / PM; Pianificazione e monitoraggio dei progetti con approccio formale e strutturato; Rendicontazione dei progressi e dei risultati ottenuti per mantenere costantemente allineati gli stakeholder di progetto (sia clienti esterni che interni), oltre al Direttore della BU; Supervisione a garanzia della qualità dei deliverables e della documentazione di progetto; Gestione delle possibili criticità di progettuali e di relazione con gli stakeholder coinvolti;Abilità
Forte senso di appartenenza e rappresentanza aziendale; Spiccata capacità relazionale, con propensione ad instaurare un canale di comunicazione empatico con gli stakeholder; Flessibilità nell'adattarsi alle situazioni nuove e/o impreviste, più in generale ai cambiamenti; Spirito analitico e attenzione ai dettagli; Forte orientamento agli obiettivi;Conoscenze e requisiti indispensabili
Laurea in ambito tecnologico, Ingegneria o Informatica; Conoscenza delle tecnologie digitali e dei contesti più attuali di applicazione delle stesse; Comprovata esperienza in progetti con focus di analisi e delivery di soluzioni IT complesse;Conoscenze linguistiche
Conoscenza madrelingua della lingua Italiana;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese secondo l'European Framework
The position is inserted inside the DOB area of Local CC1 (coordinated by Antonio Minosi).
To develop and plan the digital offer in B2B markets, CRIF is looking for a key account / consultant able to manage the team, in coordination with the unit manager and in connection with the markets and the Global CC.
Responsibilities
In particular, the resource will deal with:
Manage the formal relationship with clients, supporting the Business Owner and the Business Unit team; Supporting the Business Owner to overlook KAL's customers; Coordinating the activities of the Business Analyst / PM team; Planning and monitoring projects with a formal and structured approach; Reporting progress and results achieved to keep project stakeholders (both external and internal clients) in constant alignment, in addition to the BU Director; Quality assurance supervision of deliverables and project documentation; Management of possible critical project and stakeholder relations issues;Skills
Strong sense of belonging and corporate representation; Strong relational ability, with a propensity to establish an empathic communication channel with the stakeholders; Flexibility in adapting to new and/or unforeseen situations, more generally to changes; Analytical skills and attention to details Strong orientation towards objectives;Essential knowledge and requirements
Degree in technical field, Engineering or Computer Science Knowledge of digital technologies and the most current contexts of their application; Proven experience in projects with focus on analysis and delivery of complex IT solutions;Linguistic knowledge
Mother tongue knowledge of the Italian language; Advanced English level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
