Purpose of the Job
Responsabile dei requisiti
Gestisce e realizza il programma di gestione dei requisiti contrattuali.
È responsabile:
- della definizione del piano di gestione dei requisiti
- dello svolgimento del processo di gestione dei requisiti
- della creazione e la gestione del database dei requisiti (Doors)
- del monitoraggio delle assegnazioni
- del monitoraggio dello sviluppo e della preparazione del rispetto dei requisiti
- della creazione del piano di verifica e validazione dei requisiti
Responsabile della Configurazione
Il suo ruolo è garantire che tutti gli elementi prodotti nel corso del progetto e che richiedono un follow-up della configurazione siano identificati con chiarezza e che le loro diverse versioni siano note e dotate di un riferimento. Le sue responsabilità principali sono quindi:
- Organizzare il comitato di gestione delle configurazioni, che decide i cambiamenti da apportare alle configurazioni (evoluzioni e/o modifiche),
- Gestire il follow-up di cambiamenti e anomalie del progetto,
- Gestire il tracciamento della configurazione di progetto
- Diffondere le informazioni di configurazione ai partecipanti al progetto,
- Definire e mantenere il piano di gestione delle configurazioni di progetto.
Knowledge/Experience
- Laureato in ingegneria con almeno 1 anno di esperienza possibilmente nel settore ferroviario
- Diplomato in materie tecniche con almeno 3 anni di esperienza possibilmente nel settore ferroviario
Competencies
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese: livello B2
- Conoscenza Software: Microsoft office (necessaria), Autocad (necessaria), Revit (desiderato), Doors (necessaria)
- Soft skills: Leadership, Capacità di delegare, team Working, Problem solving, Orientamento al risultato
