Job Profile

09P - Customer Partner - Incentive

  • Holds complete accountability for managing relationships, revenue, signings, and driving profitability growth.
  • Cultivates and nurtures strong customer connections, embodying the excellence of Kyndryl to establish and uphold valued CxO customer relationships.
  • Proactively drives account expansion by promoting new offerings such as Kyndryl Consult and IT Modernization Projects, with a specific focus on Cloud Initiatives.
  • Develops relationships with Client C-level executives for effective communication.
  • Collaborates with Senior Leaders within the Client Organization to align with Kyndryl's Senior Executives.
  • Target markets:

Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, and E&U sectors in the North of Italy, overseeing current installations while exploring opportunities in new regions.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in IT services business sales and delivery (Managed and Consultancy services).
  • Strong dedication to Kyndryl's business success.
  • Focus on Consultancy business by facilitating immediate engagements and embracing hyper-scale solutions.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Industry experience, encompassing IT and Consultancy roles.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability enhancement, trend analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Established relationships with Client C-level executives to enable effective and open communication.
  • Proficiency in IT services business sales and delivery (Managed and Consultancy services).


- Proven experience in driving revenue growth, managing costs, enhancing profitability, understanding trends, and mitigating risks.


- Embraces an open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships.

Preferred Skills and Experience


- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.


- Sales expertise in technical solutions.
