Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Product Manager to join our team at OLYMPUS EUROPA SE & CO. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our product line, analyzing sales data and market intelligence, and providing feedback to our European headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for our product line, including launch packages and product documentation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Feedback and Communication: Provide regular feedback to our European headquarters and collaborate with our sales team to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Product Development: Work closely with our product development team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of our service offerings, including pricing and contract management.

  • Adaptation and Implementation: Adapt European strategies to our local market and implement them effectively.
  • Support to Sales Team: Provide support to our sales team in collecting documents for tenders and developing analysis reports to support our Sales Account Managers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management in a multinational company.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
