About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering Department at LEO Pharma A/S. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage CAPEX portfolios to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to GMP standards.
  • Coordinate internal functions and third-party vendors to execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Measure project outcomes using LEO Pharma's systems, tools, and practices.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering, project engineering, or maintenance of chemical-pharmaceutical plants.
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Knowledge of national and international GMP standards.
  • Knowledge of the production process.
  • Project management skills.
