Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Triumph International. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer's Point of Sales within a specific area, activating new Point of Sales, and demonstrating strong account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the retail industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and product development teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or sales management in the retail industry.
