Customer Success Operations Specialist

Your Role:
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, resolve incomplete orders, and ensure high delivery performance.
- Work on troubleshooting to ensure proper weekly Sell Out posting and submission of relevant documents before the Monthly Closure.
- Learn and improve month-end closing procedures.
- Support stock take activities, acting as the contact point for customers and sales teams.
- Analyze stock taking figures and reconcile them with sales counterparts.
- Post results in SAP.
- Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for warehouse requirements and transportation support for local matters.
- Act as the SPOC for sales teams and customers to collect and negotiate Value-Added Services (VAS) needs and collaborate with warehouses to design and implement new VAS requirements.
- Identify and resolve system failures.
- Lead the team as the SAP Key User and SPOC, providing training and support to new and existing team members on specific requirements or new functionalities.
Your Ideal Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations within multinational companies.
- Experience working with large datasets, analyzing figures, and producing reports.
- Accuracy and methodology in executing operational tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centered approach, and the ability to work in a cross-border team with different cultures.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written; any other language is an advantage.
- IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel at an advanced level, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW module); experience in Salesforce (nice to have).
- Availability to travel for trainings and meetings.
