Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
As a Specialist Customer Care at Dsm, you will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager in managing customers and acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to order management. You will also interface with internal functions involved in production, administration, and delivery of goods, promoting digital transformation and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage communication with customers to resolve issues and provide support
• Process orders and monitor order flow to ensure timely delivery
• Cooperate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Promote improvements and digital transformation to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints and ensure application of pricing strategies
