FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
La figura selezionata sarà responsabile della messa in servizio e dell'assistenza tecnica presso i clienti dell'azienda direttamente sul campo, andando a far parte del team Service.
Alla risorsa verranno affidate le seguenti responsabilità:
• Effettuare la messa in servizio di impianti industriali presso i clienti o il sito designato (installazione, configurazione dei macchinari, sistemi);
• Fornire assistenza tecnica e risolvere eventuali problemi;
• Collaborare con il team interno per garantire un servizio di qualità;
• Eseguire manutenzione preventiva e controlli periodici sulle attrezzature per garantire il loro corretto funzionamento e prevenire guasti;
• Gestire in autonomia il rapporto con i clienti in modo da garantire il soddisfacimento della richiesta in modo professionale.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
• Diploma da perito elettrico/elettronico, Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equivalente;
• Costituisce un requisito preferenziale la pregressa esperienza nella messa in servizio;
• Preferibile la conoscenza di PLC o aver lavorato su inverter di BT/MT;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero;
• Patente di guida B (almeno 2-3 anni);
• Completano il profilo buona capacità relazionale e attitudine al problem-solving.
