Job Title: Service Readiness Engineer

As a Service Readiness Engineer at Philips, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commercialization of our products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of service delivery, technical expertise, and excellent collaboration skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute service expert testing and validation plans to support commercialization programs.
  • Coordinate and verify WW service plans and activities with the global service community throughout the post-commercial release life cycle of each product.
  • Work closely with the Service Readiness Lead to review new programs and software versions, assessing service delivery requirements, resources, and training needs.
  • Update and support the Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP) in collaboration with the Service Readiness Lead.
  • Define service training requirements for assigned products or programs.
  • Gather and improve product serviceability as input for upcoming program requirements.
  • Create and review commercialization deliverables, including service documentation, customer documentation, and training packages.
  • Perform validation of software releases through the Field Change Order (FCO) process.
  • Manage First of Kind (FOK) installations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.
  • Implement improvement opportunities based on service feedback associated with customer experience, product, and operations.
  • Assume a SME role for third-party software and solutions.
  • Ensure service readiness of new platform service deliverables.
You're the Right Fit If:
  • You hold a University Degree or Master's Degree in IT, a technical field, or a related field.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in Service/Technical engineering, preferably related to radiology informatics.
  • You possess strong collaboration skills and a team player attitude.
  • You have good flexibility and a positive attitude towards changes.
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
