Descrizione

  1. Definire e implementare strategie di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di crescita e fatturato.
  2. Gestire il budget, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  3. Condurre analisi periodiche delle performance e ottimizzare le strategie di vendita.
  4. Partecipare alle fiere internazionali del settore maggiormente in linea con le strategie commerciali.
  5. Supervisionare il reclutamento, la selezione e la formazione del Team Sales al livello globale.
  6. Coordinare e supportare il lavoro degli Account Manager per le diverse aree geografiche e gestire i team di Booking & Operation e PVA Product Design, garantendo che ciascuna area contribuisca al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.
  7. Gestire e coordinare diverse aree Account Manager, Booking & Operation, PVA Product Design.
  8. Creare un ambiente stimolante ed entusiasmante per incoraggiare lo sviluppo personale e professionale e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.

Profilo del Candidato

  1. Master in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management o affini.
  2. Esperienza minima di 7/8 anni in ruoli simili in realtà del settore hospitality & Tourism; strutture alberghiere segmento Luxury, Tour Operator, DMC.
  3. Esperienza all'estero in una posizione di leadership in realtà del settore segmento Luxury.
  4. Eccellente padronanza dell'inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.
  5. Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e negoziazione.
  6. Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
  7. Disponibilità a viaggiare.
