Adecco Italia s.p.a ricerca per azienda multinazionale, un/una:

Administrative Assistant
Farai parte del team nel dipartimento di Building Technologies e avrai la possibilità di:

  1. Gestire le attività di segreteria commerciale e il supporto nella gestione degli acquisti per le attività legate agli eventi;
  2. Supportare il titolare nella predisposizione delle informazioni necessarie per il trasferimento di un ramo d'azienda e delle relative comunicazioni a clienti e fornitori;
  3. Supportare il titolare nella gestione dei contratti commerciali;
  4. Supporto ai responsabili marketing della BU per la gestione operativa della comunicazione commerciale e l'organizzazione di eventi/webinar;

Requisiti:
  1. Formazione: diploma in ragioneria/ laurea triennale in economia o affini;
  2. Lingue: hai conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2);
  3. Esperienza e know-how: hai almeno 3/4 anni di esperienze lavorative legate ad attività di segreteria/contabilità; hai una buona conoscenza della Suite Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); è preferibile la conoscenza di SAP;
  4. Personalità: ti piace il lavoro di squadra e un ambiente informale; Sei una persona precisa e puntuale.

Inquadramento: contratto a tempo determinato, Full-Time, RAL commisurata alla reale esperienza
