HSE SPECIALIST

MANSIONI
La risorsa ideale, dopo un periodo di affiancamento, si occuperà in autonomia della gestione degli aspetti documentali e pratici della materia. Questi gli ambiti principali:
  1. Partecipare alla redazione e agli aggiornamenti del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi;
  2. Elaborare i provvedimenti di prevenzione atti a garantire la sicurezza dell'ambiente di lavoro;
  3. Implementare e attuare anche in prima persona tutte le azioni correttive necessarie analizzate negli audit;
  4. Individuare e gestire tutti gli aspetti relativi alla sicurezza del personale anche presso i cantieri aziendali;
  5. Informare e formare i lavoratori sui rischi del proprio lavoro, nonché su tutto quanto è necessario conoscere per prevenirli e per risolvere i problemi correlati;
  6. Gestire ed erogare anche in prima persona la formazione obbligatoria e del preposto;
  7. Partecipare alle necessarie consultazioni di aggiornamento e innovazione sulle questioni della salute e della sicurezza sul lavoro e alla riunione periodiche con tutti i professionisti dell'ambito;
  8. Confrontarsi con la direzione su tutte le attività inerenti all'ambito HSE;
  9. Altre attività previste dal ruolo e condivise con la direzione.

PROFILO
  1. Diploma di Geometra e/o Laurea in Architettura/Ingegneria Edile/Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro o in materie similari e specifiche per la professione;
  2. Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata preferibilmente in aziende operanti nel settore edile;
  3. Conoscenza degli ambiti HSE riferita ad aspetti legali, normativi, tecnici, gestionali;
  4. Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale, totalmente a carico dell'azienda oppure domicilio nei cantieri attivi della stessa.
