- Supervise existing projects to expand the business and develop successful client-company relationships.
- Lead the definition of marketing and communication strategies with clients.
- Support the Managing Director in managing project budgets and finalizing offers, checking progress regularly with the production team.
- Coordinate the Account team on assigned clients to achieve revenue and business development goals, improving profitability.
- Work with the Account team to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives, collectively and individually.
- Analyze client management regularly, suggesting optimizations to reduce costs and implement up-selling and cross-selling activities.
- Support the Managing Director in strategic client relationships, ensuring significant development over the medium- to long-term.
Requirements:
- University degree in economics and/or science or specialized training in advertising, digital, and/or audiovisual production.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role.
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and budgeting, cost analysis, and management control elements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and commercial communication skills.
- Strategic analysis and project management, planning, and people skills.
- Strong decision-making autonomy.
