Webasto Thermo & Comfort Italy Srl, a multinational company specialized in the design, production, and distribution of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for vehicles, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Manufacturing department.


Principali Attività ed Obiettivi:
  1. Partecipare, sin dalle prime fasi di creazione, ai team di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti aziendali
  2. Garantire lo sviluppo di attrezzature necessarie ai processi produttivi interni in accordo ai principi della Lean Production
  3. Garantire la standardizzazione dei processi produttivi interni
  4. Supervisionare l’inserimento in produzione dei nuovi prodotti garantendo la qualità, i costi target, la sicurezza ed una prima formazione al nuovo personale
  5. Garantire l’efficienza dei processi produttivi aziendali
  6. Guidare, all’interno del team di sviluppo prodotto, le attività di DFM / DFA/ DFR

Skills:
  1. Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Elettrica
  2. Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni presso aziende manifatturiere; familiarità con test di tenuta/elettrici e processi di assemblaggio manuali di piccole serie
  3. Conoscenza di tecniche e metodologie di problem solving e di qualità del processo (P-FMEA, ecc)
  4. Buona capacità di pianificazione e coordinazione delle attività
  5. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  6. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi Cad 3D
  7. Entusiasmo, umiltà, passione ed etica lavorativa completano il profilo ricercato
