Webasto Thermo & Comfort Italy Srl, società multinazionale specializzata nella progettazione, produzione, distribuzione di sistemi di aria condizionata e refrigerazione per veicoli, sta ricercando una figura di Manufacturing Engineer da inserire nell’ufficio Manufacturing.

Principali Attività ed Obiettivi:

  • Partecipare, sin dalle prime fasi di creazione, ai team di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti aziendali
  • Garantire lo sviluppo di attrezzature necessarie ai processi produttivi interni in accordo ai principi della Lean Production
  • Garantire la standardizzazione dei processi produttivi interni
  • Supervisionare l’inserimento in produzione dei nuovi prodotti garantendo la qualità, i costi target, la sicurezza ed una prima formazione al nuovo personale
  • Garantire l’efficienza dei processi produttivi aziendali
  • Guidare, all’interno del team di sviluppo prodotto, le attività di DFM / DFA/ DFR

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Elettrica
  • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni presso aziende manifatturiere; familiarità con test di tenuta/elettrici e processi di assemblaggio manuali di piccole serie
  • Conoscenza di tecniche e metodologie di problem solving e di qualità del processo (P-FMEA, ecc)
  • Buona capacità di pianificazione e coordinazione delle attività
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi Cad 3D
  • Entusiasmo, umiltà, passione ed etica lavorativa completano il profilo ricercato
