Principali Attività ed Obiettivi: Partecipare, sin dalle prime fasi di creazione, ai team di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti aziendaliGarantire lo sviluppo di attrezzature necessarie ai processi produttivi interni in accordo ai principi della Lean ProductionGarantire la standardizzazione dei processi produttivi interniSupervisionare l'inserimento in produzione dei nuovi prodotti garantendo la qualità, i costi target, la sicurezza ed una prima formazione al nuovo personaleGarantire l'efficienza dei processi produttivi aziendaliGuidare, all'interno del team di sviluppo prodotto, le attività di DFM / DFA/ DFRRequisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ ElettricaEsperienza di almeno 3/5 anni presso aziende manifatturiere; familiarità con test di tenuta/elettrici e processi di assemblaggio manuali di piccole serieConoscenza di tecniche e metodologie di problem solving e di qualità del processo (P-FMEA, ecc)Buona capacità di pianificazione e coordinazione delle attivitàBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseBuona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi Cad 3DEntusiasmo, umiltà, passione ed etica lavorativa completano il profilo ricercatoPersona di contatto: Per rispondere all'annuncio, inviare un cv, comprensivo dell'autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati in base alla normativa sulla privacy, all'indirizzo e-mail: ******
