Overview:
The F&B Sales Executive is responsible for the management and coordination of all the private dining requests reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager – F&B.

The candidate will operate in standalone assignments and projects with the objective of increasing the overall F&B results and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the planning, implementation and follow up for banqueting requests up to 20 guests.
  2. Coordination of banquets logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Banquet Event Orders.
  3. Assisting in the process of banqueting budget development and fulfilment.
  4. Supervising vendors’ activities with basic set up and dismantling of banquets, coordinating vendors’ activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules.
  5. Responsible for administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and collecting data for periodical reporting.
  6. Work closely with the EAM – F&B to fulfill internal and external banquet planning committees and client groups.
  7. Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization’s brand.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
  2. Fluent in verbal and written English.
  3. Excellent team worker and oriented to details.
  4. Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
  5. Ability to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to details.
