F&B Sales Executive

Overview:
The F&B Sales Executive is responsible for the management and coordination of all the private dining requests reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager – F&B.
The candidate will operate in standalone assignments and projects with the objective of increasing the overall F&B results and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the planning, implementation and follow up for banqueting requests up to 20 guests.
- Coordination of banquets logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Banquet Event Orders.
- Assisting in the process of banqueting budget development and fulfilment.
- Supervising vendors’ activities with basic set up and dismantling of banquets, coordinating vendors’ activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and collecting data for periodical reporting.
- Work closely with the EAM – F&B to fulfill internal and external banquet planning committees and client groups.
- Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization’s brand.
- Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Excellent team worker and oriented to details.
- Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to details.
