We are looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager for the 2024 season to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reports to Area Managing Director.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for the GM including agendas, emails, calls, travels and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Organize meetings and events both internal and external.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and the GM when necessary.
  • Facilitate communications within all levels of the company including preparing written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an assistant working under senior management or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking (C1 level), other languages are a plus.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email suites.

Benefits:

  • We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Personal Assistant to GM.
  • Start date: July 2024 to End date: December 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
  • Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.
  • Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus.
