Please note to apply for this position you must be based in UKand have the legal right to work in UK. This role requires hybrid working with 1 day per week working from our Cheltenham Office (Gloucestershire).

Role Overview

As a Junior Account Manager youll play a key role in supporting our client account team helping to nurture and grow relationships with our valued tierone clients. Youll assist in creating and managing account plans that drive business success working closely with various internal teams to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients every day.


Requirements for Junior Account Manager

  • Client relationship management: You are experienced in managing relationships with clients ideally tier 1 or enterprise level companies.
  • Communication:You demonstrate firstclass communication skills across all mediums including presentations.
  • Team Working: You collaborateeffectively with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Organisation and Planning: You exhibit strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Youre confident making sound decisions and solving problems efficiently.
  • Confidence and Integrity: You act with confidence and maintain integrity in all interactions.
  • Tenacity and Resilience: You show perseverance and resilience in challenging situations.

Responsibilities as Junior Account Manager

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients and competitors.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by forming and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders through regular communication. Provide prompt and accurate responses to queries.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to educate clients and drive maximum value.
  • Support the Account Management team in achieving financial targets by building solid internal and external relationships.
  • Compile and analyse data to present to clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver requests on time and in full ensuring appropriate updates are provided.
  • Exhibit strong prioritisation organisation and planning skills with excellent account administration and followup.
  • Prepare for ownership of an account within 612 months by progressively taking on more responsibilities and demonstrating readiness.
  • Make informed decisions based on available information while recognising when to seek additional support.
