Sales Manager Campania (gn) - Location: Naples (Italy)

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Campania.

The main activities will be:

  • Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers
  • Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Campania/Italy) actively contributing to the company growth
  • Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis
  • Up and cross selling activity of DKV products and services
  • Participate at business trade fairs and other events

The minimum requirements for this position include:

  • Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in customer acquisition process
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel
  • Residence in Naples (at least in Region Campania)
  • Strong positive attitude to problem solving
  • Pro-active, willing to actively participate to the company success
  • High level of commitment, accountability and flexibility
  • Self-motivation and resilience
