Move with us for a better world About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Agent to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in finding new sales leads and achieving sales targets in Campania (Italy). You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Type of contract: Sales Agent ENASARCO Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Understand customer needs and promote/offer solutions and support
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish relationships with new customers
- Maintain and grow positive business relationships with existing customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the role or in the sales field
- Fluent in Italian and good in English
- Experience with branded companies from Consumer B2C industries or Hotel and Leisure industry (cruises companies, tour operators, yachting), global services or luxury goods or design and furniture, or high-end sport goods companies
- Consultative selling approach, direct sales, and negotiation skills
- CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise
- General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools
- Wellness oriented: sporty, passionate about wellness lifestyle
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
- Excellent teamwork, humility, and integrity
- Ideally passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive
