Customer Care and Sales - Sostituzione Maternità

In H-FARM Education, istituto di formazione universitaria e post-universitaria, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Customer Care and Sales Specialist con almeno due anni nel ruolo. Il/la candidato/a lavorerà nel dipartimento di Marketing & Admissions di H-FARM College a stretto contatto con il management e si occuperà di:

  • Gestire i lead cross-channel, guidando i potenziali studenti lungo tutto il loro percorso fino all'iscrizione.
  • Guidare i futuri studenti in tutte le attività di candidatura, selezione, iscrizione, finanziamento e pagamento.
  • Supportare la progettazione, pianificazione e realizzazione di eventi di awareness e recruiting (open day), presentazioni (roadshow) ed eventi commerciali (fiere scolastiche).
  • Supportare il Management nell'analisi, gestione e reportistica di dati e statistiche strutturati e nel monitoraggio e pianificazione delle attività della divisione di Marketing, Sales and Admissions.
  • Supportare il Management nell'interazione con gli altri dipartimenti (marketing, accademico, etc) per identificare e raccogliere le esigenze e le richieste di studenti e potenziali studenti per migliorare ed integrare i contenuti marketing, le campagne e in ottica di ottimizzazione del prodotto.
  • Utilizzare in modo efficiente il CRM per garantire la creazione di un solido database in coordinamento con il Management.
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura e comunicative orientate alla vendita e alla commercializzazione.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e analitiche che consentano di gestire correttamente la routine quotidiana e i target lavorativi.
  • Familiarità o attitudine nell'utilizzo di piattaforme digital (CRM).
  • Capacità di interagire con i potenziali clienti e di fornire loro assistenza e supporto.
  • Capacità di negoziazione e ben sviluppate soft skills.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team, orientamento ai risultati e fiducia nelle proprie capacità di raggiungere e superare i propri obiettivi.
  • Entrare a far parte di un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e in continua crescita.

Contratto a tempo determinato e retribuzione basati su seniority e competenze.
