Come puoi lasciare il tuo segno?

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Divisione Marine & Offshore di Bureau Veritas Italia ed in particolare all’interno del team amministrativo dedicato alle attività di Equipment and Materials Certification (Certificazione per equipaggiamenti e materiali navali). In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  1. Fatturazione attiva e passiva;
  2. Attività di offertazione;
  3. Assistenza e supporto ai clienti nell’utilizzo del nostro portale web;
  4. Mediazione tra cliente e ufficio tecnico per la realizzazione di progetti.
Cosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?
  1. Titolo di studio: Diploma in amministrazione, finanza e marketing o Laurea Triennale in materie economiche;
  2. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office: (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook);
  3. Attitudine: problem solving e visione organizzativa del lavoro;
  4. Capacità di relazionarsi con differenti stakeholders;
  5. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

La proposta prevede un inserimento a tempo determinato con pacchetto economico commisurato all'esperienza della risorsa. Sede di lavoro: Genova.
