Account Manager Intern, Amazon Global Selling

Duration: 3-month internship in 2025 (priority for those available from January to March 2025).
Work Authorization: Applicants must have work authorization for Vietnam.

As an Existing Seller Management (ESM) Intern, you will support the launch and management of the TBAM (Thriving Business Acceleration Mentorship) program in Vietnam, a 4-month course designed to serve 450 existing sellers in 1 year.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in working with an established e-commerce platform, supporting the growth of existing seller businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) to develop course content and curriculum.
  2. Leverage understanding of sellers' businesses to inform program design.
  3. Track and monitor progress of TBAM program participants.
  4. Maintain communication with existing sellers enrolled in the program.
  5. Contribute to process improvements and automation for ESM team's operations.
  6. Demonstrate passion for technology startups and analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, technology, or related field.
  2. Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months in 2025.
  3. Legally authorized to work in Vietnam.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Advanced PowerPoint skills, including knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced functions.
  2. Proficient in data analysis and presentation using tools like PowerPoint.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and a great team player.
