Account Manager Intern, Amazon Global Selling

As an Existing Seller Management (ESM) Intern, you will support the launch and management of the TBAM (Thriving Business Acceleration Mentorship) program in Vietnam, a 4-month course designed to serve 450 existing sellers in 1 year.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in working with an established e-commerce platform, supporting the growth of existing seller businesses.
- Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) to develop course content and curriculum.
- Leverage understanding of sellers' businesses to inform program design.
- Track and monitor progress of TBAM program participants.
- Maintain communication with existing sellers enrolled in the program.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation for ESM team's operations.
- Demonstrate passion for technology startups and analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
- Penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, technology, or related field.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months in 2025.
- Legally authorized to work in Vietnam.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced functions.
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation using tools like PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a great team player.
