Towns of Italy è alla ricerca di un OPERATIONS AGENT da inserire nel team di Firenze.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto Operations e si occuperà di:

  1. gestire daily operations
  2. despach dei clienti sui tour
  3. gestione planning di guide e accompagnatori sui tour
  4. gestione fornitori
  5. acquisto biglietti museali
  6. rendiconto spese dei tour

Si richiede:

  1. esperienza pregressa all'interno di un tour operator
  2. forte propensione alle pubbliche relazioni
  3. ottime capacità di problem solving
  4. precisione, disponibilità e buone maniere
  5. capacità di lavorare in team
  6. conoscenza pacchetto Office
  7. ottima conoscenza di inglese

Disponibilità:

Retribuzione supplementare:
