We have a great work environment, positive vibe and collaborative energy.Benefits : Growing company with long-term vision International and passionate team A unique culinary and cultural project rooted in local tradition Close collaboration with teams across countriesABOUT THE ROLE AsCooking Class Lead & Culinary Experience Manager - Bologna, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our signature pasta cooking experience in Bologna.You will be the reference person for the cooking class operation, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth coordination between people, ingredients, and the operational team.You will not only guide guests through the art of handmade pasta, but also play a key role in organizing the experience behind the scenes and supporting the growth of the project.You will Lead a 3-hour cooking class(+ approx. 1 extra hour for preparation, organization, and final cleaning/order). Guide guestsstep by step in the preparation of fresh pasta (no professional chef performance required - guidance and experience-focused). Manage inventoryand control of all products and materials used during the cooking classes. Coordinate, support, and manage communicationwith two additional cooking class instructors. Ensurea consistent,high-qualityexperience aligned with Tours and the City standards. Collaborate closely with the Barcelona operational team, sharing updates, needs, and feedback.You are Fluent in English & Italian Comfortable leading groups and interacting with international guests. Organized, reliable, and proactive. Have strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork. A passionate entertainer Aligned with a people-first, experience-driven philosophy. Have previous experience delivering cooking classes or similar culinary / experiential activities.What you will receive Hands-on training with the tagliatelle expert par excellence from Emilia-Romagna (Bologna region). A stable role within a growing tourism company.
