In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

Your responsibilities in general are:

  • Conduct service, repair and/or installation of our products, as well as IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts.
  • Make diagnoses of the system failures and settle on the most effective solution.
  • Raise complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system.
  • Develop new customer service/product agreements.
  • Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

What we are looking for:

  • Technical knowledge and experience within Medical Devices/Diagnostics in service maintenance area (or in other highly regulated industry).
  • BS.C in Engineering (Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical). Medical Devices expertise.
  • High level of customer orientation.
  • Ability to drive a car and be flexible with working time - more than 80% of travelling is required.
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
  • Flawless interpersonal and planning skills.
  • Independent and self-starting attitude.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities.
  • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
