Job Title: Field Service Intern

We’re looking for a junior Field Service Intern to join our Customer Satisfaction Team in Milano.

As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
  • Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for Customer Service)
  • Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
  • Accepts and coordinates service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
  • Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
  • Proactively engages with customers face-to-face, by phone, or in writing
Your qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Experience within servicing networked building or industry automation systems or similar
  • Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuits, and their applications will be advantageous
  • Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinking
  • Fluent in English and Italian
