Job Title: Service Dispatcher Intern

As a Service Dispatcher, you will support our Customer Service team with the resolution of technical complaints and improve our customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:
  • Accept and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians.
  • Set dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive).
  • Register service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for Customer Service).
  • Perform installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations.
  • Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone, or in writing.
Your qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or ITS (Istituto Tecnico Superiore).
  • Minimal experience in technical or commercial fields is appreciated.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Passion and curiosity towards technological evolutions with an attitude for customer contact.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
