Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Key Account Manager Italy to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and fleet customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is pivotal in driving fleet sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required. Qualifications & Skills: At least 5 years of experience in fleet sales or key account management in the automotive sector. Strong understanding of fleet operations, leasing models, and vehicle financing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Please send your CV in English.
