Starcom is looking for an International Digital Account Executive for its Turin offices
As Digital Account Executive, you’ll join the Global Digital Centre of Excellence & Acceleration, supporting a global multi-brand automotive company in orchestrating global media and digital operations. Reporting to the International Digital Manager, you will play a key role in managing strategic initiatives, coordinating international projects, and driving digital excellence across multiple brands and regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation, contributing to the integration of innovative disciplines such as programmatic, social media, search, creative and data-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and international clients to drive digital media maturity and excellence, while gaining valuable experience in client management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate International Digital Operations: Assist in the management and monitoring of international media operations to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment.
- Gather, analyse, and present data insights that support decision-making and drive performance improvements.
- Support the creation of strategic project summaries and ensure the effective dissemination and implementation of digital guidelines across markets.
- Support Client Management & Communication: Assist in managing client relationships, participating in regular status meetings, and ensuring clear communication of project progress and results.
- Help prepare and organise presentations, status reports, and key project deliverables that inform stakeholders and drive client engagement.
- Foster collaboration between global teams and ensure that digital initiatives are executed in line with the client’s goals and the team’s ambitions.
- Drive Cross-Disciplinary Digital Initiatives: Support ownership of cross-functional projects, driving integration across digital media channels to deliver impactful strategies and recommendations for brands.
- Contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions that leverage data and technology to maximise performance and drive digital maturity at scale.
Your Profile:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a passion for learning and growing in the digital marketing space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape, its channels (e.g. social media, search, programmatic, etc.) and data analysis.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an international coordination role with a strong media and/or digital component.
- Detail-oriented.
- Analytical and confident with data.
- Able to summarise complex messages.
- Curious & eager to learn and find creative solutions.
