Per un Gruppo Alberghiero in forte crescita siamo alla ricerca di un/una:

Sales Executive

Il/La Candidato/a riportando al Head of Sales, si occuperà di:

Responsabilità Chiave:

  • Visite dei clienti gestiti in portafoglio suddivisi per Top accounts, Medium e Small
  • Sviluppo nuovi clienti su tutto il territorio nazionale (Società, Consortia, Sport & Crew)
  • Gestione e Mantenimento del portafoglio assegnato (check del fatturato costante, aggiornamenti da parte delle aziende, analisi di mercato e trends)
  • Organizzazione di Site Inspections
  • Gestione di RFP per tutte le strutture del Gruppo
  • Gestione di tutti i contratti Corporate Local
  • Verifica dei caricamenti delle tariffe Corporate sui GDS
  • Gestione dei contratti annuali di incentivazione con i Consortia e verificare nuove opportunità in base al potenziale sulle piazze.
  • Partecipazioni ad eventi
  • Partecipazione alle riunioni di piazza per analisi costante del trend di mercato
  • Analisi degli hotels competitors
  • Partecipazione alle riunioni Sales
  • Supporto agli hotels durante l’organizzazione degli eventi ed incontro con clienti

Qualifiche/Competenze:

  • Esperienza Precedente: Preferibilmente, esperienza nel settore alberghiero o in ruoli simili, con competenze specifiche nel processo delle vendite.
  • Abilità Comunicative: Eccellenti abilità comunicative, con la capacità di proporre al meglio le nostre strutture.
  • Conoscenza del Settore: Comprensione delle dinamiche del settore alberghiero, delle tariffe di mercato e delle strategie di vendita.
  • Orientamento al Cliente: Attenzione al cliente e dedizione a fornire un servizio di alta qualità nel processo commerciale.
  • Abilità Organizzative: Capacità di gestire molteplici attività, mantenendo precisione e organizzazione.
  • Conoscenza di Software: Familiarità con i sistemi di gestione commerciale e la capacità di apprendere nuovi software rapidamente. (Es. Lanyon, Sap, Sales Cloud)
  • Teamwork: Collaborare con altri membri del team per garantire un flusso di lavoro armonioso.
  • Adattabilità: Flessibilità nel gestire situazioni variabili e risolvere problemi in modo tempestivo.
