Construction HSE Engineer (Expat BELGIO)

Il ruolo

La figura verrà inserita in un importante progetto in Belgio e si occuperà di verificare e garantire che tutte le attività sul campo siano eseguite secondo la Politica HSE Aziendale, annessi i regolamenti, standard e procedure, promuovendo tutte le azioni preventive e correttive necessarie. Riporterà all’HSM o, in sua assenza, al Responsabile del sito.

Nello specifico prenderà parte alle seguenti attività:

  1. Eseguire la Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) e partecipare alla Job Safety Analysis (JSA);
  2. Verificare l'adeguatezza e l'applicazione del Piano HSE del Sito e di tutte le procedure correlate, fino alla predisposizione dell'eventuale revisione;
  3. Aggiornare la documentazione HSE durante tutte le fasi di costruzione quando ritenuto necessario;
  4. Verificare che i Subappaltatori svolgano le proprie attività in conformità con tutte le procedure HSE applicabili, regolamenti e norme, promuovendo ogni azione necessaria per garantire il rispetto di dette procedure e norme;
  5. Organizzare, pianificare e partecipare a visite periodiche HSE, ispezioni e audit in loco, preparare tutti i relativi report, piani d'azione, verificare il follow up e la tempestiva esecuzione delle azioni correttive;
  6. Organizzare, coordinare e partecipare direttamente alle attività di Formazione HSE in loco;
  7. Per organizzare e partecipare a tutte le riunioni HSE del sito pertinenti, preparare il relativo MOM;
  8. Collaborare con il Cliente per il rilascio di eventuali permessi di lavoro necessari;
  9. Organizzare in caso di infortuni sul lavoro un'indagine completa dell'evento, finalizzata all'identificazione degli stessi e misure correttive;
  10. Tenere un registro degli incidenti, individuando gli ambiti sui quali deve essere indirizzata la prevenzione;
  11. Effettuare e/o promuovere l'indottrinamento/formazione del personale;
  12. Guidare e coordinare le attività al di fuori del Comitato HSE del sito (composto da tutti gli Appaltatori e Rappresentante HSE dei subappaltatori);
  13. Guidare e coordinare la squadra di risposta alle emergenze del sito e la squadra di prevenzione/lotta incendi, organizzando le attività simulate di formazione ed esercitazione di emergenza;
  14. Preparare la sezione HSE del rapporto mensile sullo stato di avanzamento della costruzione e di altri rapporti periodici;
  15. Per preparare e aggiornare le statistiche HSE del sito, verificare le prestazioni rispetto al progetto e all'HSE aziendale rispetto agli obiettivi, target e indicatori di performance;
  16. Proporre un piano di recupero in caso di mancata corrispondenza.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di HSE nel settore EPC
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B2) e conoscenza fluente dell'Italiano
  • Disponibilità al trasferimento in Belgio per tutta la durata delle attività richieste sul progetto

Offerta contrattuale

Assunzione a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione. Dettagli di RAL/benefit verranno condivisi durante un primo confronto preliminare.
