Our firm supports European Companies and Principal Investors in Corporate Finance and strategy matters to support their growth.  Our services are focused and committed on value generation for our clients.   Overview of the Role   We are seeking a  People & Organization Analyst  starting in February 2026.  The intern’s primary role will be to support the  People & Organization function  in managing and developing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening arKap & Co’s internal culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.  The role will focus on  recruiting, people engagement, learning & development, and internal communication  - contributing to the creation of an inspiring and high-performing work environment.  You will play an active role in building a cohesive culture, supporting HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth.   Key Responsibilities   Support the  recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)  Assist in the  design and delivery of learning & development programs   Contribute to  employee engagement initiatives and internal culture projects  Support in the  definition and tracking of HR metrics (performance, retention, satisfaction)  Help manage  internal communication and people-related updates across teams  Conduct  benchmarking and research on HR trends, organizational models, and best practices   Qualifications   Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in  Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (or close to completion)  Strong  interpersonal and organizational skills   Interest in  HR, people development, and organizational behavior   Analytical mindset with  attention to detail and confidentiality   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment  Excellent knowledge of the  MS Office 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of other languages is a plus)  Availability to work on-site    Time, Commitment and Remuneration   Monthly expense refund  Young and dynamic environment  Opportunity to learn rapidly and work across HR and marketing domains  Exposure to international and cross-functional projects   To submit the application, send CV (ref. POI) to people@arkap.ch   Industry   Business Consulting and Services  Employment Type   Internship
