Compass Group Italia SpA , the Italian division ofCompass Group PLC , a global leader in food services with over£32 billion in annual revenue , is seeking aRetention Managerdedicated to managing and retaining key international clients.The Retention Manager will act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring integrated management of people, facilities, and processes, and translating client needs into concrete and efficient solutions.Key responsibilities include: Maintaining a constant and proactive relationship with clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and high-quality service delivery; Managing retention processes during contract renewal phases; Overseeing financial and contractual aspects, monitoring costs, margins, and performance, and ensuring compliance with agreements and corporate standards; Monitoring KPIs and preparing periodic reports, supporting decision-making processes through data analysis; Identifying opportunities for improvement and business development, in close collaboration with internal functions.Required qualifications: Solid experience in the contract catering / foodservice industry; Ability to translate operational experience into strategic vision and client management; Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken); Good proficiency in management systems and digital tools; Strong results orientation, with solid financial analysis skills and ability to interpret data; Willingness to travel.What we offer: The opportunity to join a structured, international organization, with responsibility for a top-tier client and concrete prospects for professional growth.
